§ 01 — Overview
A Manchester fintech scaling internationally.
Total Processing Ltd is a fintech company based in Manchester, founded in 2015, providing online and in-store payment solutions for businesses. The company later expanded internationally and was acquired by NomuPay in 2023, marking a key success story in Manchester’s growing fintech scene.
I joined as a Graphic Designer between 2019 and 2020, embedded with the marketing and product teams during a period of rapid growth.
§ 02 — Role
Designing across every commercial touchpoint.
As Graphic Designer, I designed UI/UX-focused email campaigns, produced social media graphics and digital marketing assets, and delivered cohesive branding and print/digital collateral — from fact sheets and pitch decks to sales flyers, brochures and event environments.
I collaborated closely with marketing and product to implement user-centred design solutions that supported commercial goals — translating dense payments products into clear, confidence-building stories for merchants, partners and investors.
Fintech doesn’t have to feel cold. The best payments brands behave like partners — clear, calm and confident — so merchants can focus on running their business, not decoding jargon.

The work delivered a consistent, confident brand experience across email, social, print, environmental and sales-enablement touchpoints — supporting Total Processing’s commercial growth through its international expansion and eventual acquisition by NomuPay in 2023.
